Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the potential of small and medium Micro and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the village of Tamansari. Tamansari village is one of tourist villages in Banyuwangi and the region where mountain tourism is located. A specific goal of this research is to understand the extent of the role of Micro and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in supporting Tamansari Village as a tourist village. This research uses qualitative methods with the collection of data through Focus Group Discussion (FGD), which is then analyzed using SWOT analysis, in order to know Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and the Threat. The result of this research is to know the opportunities and any constraints, so it can be given strategic solutions for Micro and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the village of Tamansari.
