Abstract
Changes in the business environment will impact changes in business strategy. To be able to survive in conditions that are gradually changing, company management must change the traditional management paradigm to a new management paradigm, namely a management style that is based on flexibility, speed, innovation and comprehensiveness (integration). The problem faced by companies today in HR management is the high level of employee desire to leave. Intentions to quit are triggered by several factors including job satisfaction, leadership that creates discomfort at work, less harmonious superior-subordinate relationships (leader member exchange), and performance standards that are difficult for employees to meet. This research aims to test and analyze (1) the influence of job satisfaction on employees' desire to leave; (2) The influence of leadership on employees' desire to leave; (3) The influence of superior-subordinate relationships on employees' desire to leave; (4) The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance; (5) The influence of leadership on employee performance; (6) The influence of superior-subordinate relationships on employee performance; (7) The influence of performance on employees' desire to leave. This research uses quantitative research methods supported by qualitative data. The design of this research is explanatory research. The sampling technique in this research uses cluster random sampling. The number of samples in this research was 100 employees of PT. Pamapersada Nusantara Banjarmasin. Meanwhile, the data analysis used was structural equation modeling which was carried out using the AMOS 22 program package. Based on the research results, it can be seen that (1) job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on employees' desire to leave; (2) Leadership has a negative and significant effect on employees' desire to leave; (3) The superior-subordinate relationship has a negative and significant effect on employees' desire to leave; (4) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (5) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (6) The superior-subordinate relationship has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (7) Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on employees' desire to leave.
