Padjajaran Accounting Competition (PAC) is one of two competitions in a series of 2018 Padjajaran Accounting Week (PAW) activities organized by Padjajaran University Bandung. This event was held from 13 to 16 November 2018. The two 2018 PAW competitions, namely the Padjajaran Accounting Competition (PAC) and the International Conference (IC), were held at Padjadjaran University, Bandung, precisely on the Dipatiukur campus, not on the Jatinangor campus because the participants reached too far. This series of PAC competitions begins with an online preliminary where each team that has registered will be given five questions in the form of fairly long calculations. Participants who had the opportunity to fight again at Padjadjaran University were the 25 best teams based on the accumulated prelim answers or Top 25. Two teams from Universitas Airlangga who advanced to the top 25 were the Next SA team (Nanda Marga, Mega Nur, Vivi Ayu from Accounting 2015) and the Jawara team (Ryan Hadi, Nadya Baritsa, Natalia Feronica from Accounting 2016).

The top 25 teams will be faced with three further rounds, namely: Elimination Round, Semifinals and Final Round. However, before going through the three rounds, the participants were given a Panel Discussion which presented prominent figures who would be resource persons on the theme "Generations that create worlds establishments" with discussion of three sub-groups, namely: Green Accounting, Carbon Tax and Sustainable Development Goals. The elimination round is divided into four stages, namely beat to win, me after you, match your card and rush minute . The essence of all these stages is working on accounting questions individually and in groups, both together and in relay form and of course with various modifications and challenges.

The following day, namely Thursday, November 15 2018, it was announced that the top 12 teams would continue their struggle in the semifinal round. The top 12 teams consisted of 2 UI teams, 2 STAN teams, 2 Trisakti School of Management teams, 1 UNAIR team, 1 UGM team, 2 Univ Multimedia Nusantara teams and 2 UBAYA teams. The Universitas Airlangga team that entered the next round was the Next SA team. In the semifinal round it was divided into 4 pools containing 3 teams to compete. The UNAIR team entered pool 1, which means they had to compete against STAN and UBAYA. This round consists of 3 stages called "3 B Accounting" requiring teamwork and speed in calculating and answering questions, both mandatory and scrambled. In this round the scores are accumulated from 3 stages and the five best teams are selected which will continue to the Final round. However, the UNAIR team has not succeeded in advancing to the next round.

In the final round, the top 5 will be faced with problem solving and presentations. Tomorrow, namely Friday, PAW activities will be filled with activities aimed at bringing together the participants, both PAC and IC, who come from various universities and regional origins. The final event, namely a gala dinner as well as an awarding and closing ceremony, was held at the Royale Hotel Bandung.
