Business Plan Competition (BPC) 2018 is a business idea competition for students at the national level. This competition was held by BEM KM FP Sriwijaya University on 15 – 18 October 2018. This BPC was held so that students were more sensitive to information and business opportunities that existed in their surrounding environment and were able to become problem solvers for problems packaged in a business idea. Therefore, my team and I tried to register ourselves as participants in this Business Plan Competition in the hope of being able to come up with a business idea that could be a problem solver for existing problems. Initially, as the initiator of the business idea, I invited two friends to take part in this competition. Then, we registered as a team with the name Ksatria Airlangga where the first stage was selecting the abstract of the business idea proposal. The business idea that we have adopted is to create a digital startup for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that applies the concept of an integrated platform based on websites and applications. An integrated platform or integrated business model is a startup development concept that integrates each service offered. In implementing this concept, we integrate four services offered including UMKM Services, UMKM Products, UMKM Invest, and UMKM Forum. After that, our team was declared to have passed the abstract selection along with 31 other teams. Then, we submitted a full proposal which would later be the determining factor for entering the final stage where only the 11 best teams were selected to present business ideas. Alhamdulillah, with a good and interesting business proposal creation process, our team passed to the final stage. Next, we prepared materials for the final stage including power points and prototypes. Finally, with efforts that could be said to be extraordinary, our team was able to win the award as Second Place. This achievement certainly cannot be separated from the support of various parties including Universitas Airlangga , especially FEB and colleagues who always provide criticism, suggestions and input. Apart from that, we also believe that with a confident spirit of endeavor, Allah will make all the affairs of His servants easier.
