UPGRADING MANAGEMENT: UPGRADE FAITH, UPGRADE UKHUWAH, UPGRADE DAKWAH

Upgrading activity is an activity held for all MOSAIC administrators, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga for the 2018 period. In the series of events there are introductory sessions between administrators, leadership material and exciting games aimed at building teamwork, enthusiasm and fostering a sense of brotherhood and foster trust among all MOSAIC FEB UNAIR 2018 administrators. Teamwork is the ability to work together towards a common vision, the ability to direct individual achievements towards organizational goals (Carnegie, Andrew).
Alhamdulillahirobbil 'alamin, this activity was carried out on March 16-17 2018 at the Darussalam Lawang Islamic Boarding School, Malang. In this activity, upgrading participants also receive training and spiritual guidance to be able to strengthen their aqidah, morals and tsaqofah as well as understand, understand and be able to carry out the duties and obligations that have been mandated to them during their management period without any obstacles.
