On April 13-29 2018, the 2018 Accounting Cup (A-Cup) activity was held by the Universitas Airlangga Accounting Student Association. This activity was chaired by William Stefanus Kennedy (Accounting 2017) along with the entire committee from the class of 2017. The aim of carrying out the A-Cup activity was not only to realize the work program that had been prepared, but also aimed to strengthen family relationships and closeness between Accounting students Universitas Airlangga and increasing the sportsmanship of undergraduate students in the Accounting Study Program through holding several sports competitions.

A-Cup is an inter-generational sports championship in the Accounting department Universitas Airlangga which is held regularly every year. The winners of the A-Cup will later be sent to be delegated as representatives of the Accounting department in sports competitions at faculty level, namely the Dean's Cup, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga .

The 2018 A-Cup lasts for 2 weeks and has 7 sports being contested: basketball, futsal, badminton, table tennis, E-sports (PES and Mobile Legends ), and Photography. The venues used for competitions vary, from on campus to outside campus. Badminton, table tennis and PES matches take place on campus, while other matches take place outside campus. The opening of the event was held at NSA (Nation Star Academy) with a basketball sport marked by throwing a basketball into the ring by Zaga Kresna Putra as Chair of the Universitas Airlangga . Sports matches in the 2018 A-Cup will be held after campus academic activities have finished, starting at 18.30 until finished. On the last day, the closing ceremony took place with great fanfare and closed with the final futsal match at the Gool Untag venue. During the 2018 A-Cup event, almost all of them were won by the class of 2016 so that the overall winner of the 2018 Accounting Cup went to the class of 2016.
