E-RADIO TRAINING 2018
Not only hard skills are needed, but soft skills are also needed. E-Radio provided training to staff for the 2018 period to develop their skills in the fields of Broadcasting, Public Speaking and Announcer. We provide training facilities so that when asked they can become radio announcers or MCs for events. This is also related to their courage in public speaking. Public speaking is something that we must learn, because the higher we go to school, the more we are required to have the courage to speak in public. This work program has been handed down from the old management, therefore we still maintain it because this has become E-radio's culture to form talented people in this field.
This work program is carried out for 3 months from August-October every Friday. This training was carried out at Loop Station Darmo in front of Taman Bungkul Surabaya. This activity was guided by our alumni, Mas Jivat, who now works at a private radio station and often appears as a host on a private television station as well. So there is no need to doubt his skills in public speaking and announcing. Our alumni teach basic techniques and how to speak fluently without having to hesitate in speaking. The basic techniques include correct breathing techniques, the aim of which is so that when we speak quickly we don't run out of breath, as well as humming techniques and how to round out our voice so that it is easier to hear. The staff for the 2018 period were very enthusiastic about this activity. training starts at 17.00-20.00. They really used the 3 hour opportunity by practicing very hard. Our hope is to make all e-radio members brave enough to speak in public without any fear at all. Hopefully this training will provide useful knowledge for the rest of your life.
