AcSES FEB UNAIR Scientific Writing Study Group
AcSES is an organization that operates in the field of reasoning, accommodating all members or known as AcSESOR in the field of writing. The Scientific Writing Study Group (KBKTI) is one of the AcSES work programs, especially the Research and Paper division, which facilitates AcSESORs in studying scientific writing, both essays and papers, because in college it is very important for us to study scientific writing which can later be useful. for ourselves, especially society.
KBKTI for this period is held every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in the GKM hall or in the RBC discussion room from 15.30 to 17.00 WIB with speakers from AcSESOR but from the upper classes, who already have a lot of experience in the field of writing papers. scientific.
There is no need to doubt the ability of the KBKTI material fillers themselves, because before the Scientific Writing Study Group session was held there was a Training of Trainers agenda which was held to prepare potential mentors or material fillers. It is hoped that with this TOT there will also be continuity for the next generation to become material fillers in KBKTI.
The Scientific Writing Study Group is held from the beginning to the end of the management. The hope for KBKTI itself is that the AcSESORs will have knowledge regarding scientific writing such as essays and papers. Many AcSESORs will hone their knowledge after taking part in the KBKTI and take part in competitions at both regional and national levels. Before taking part in external competitions (outside the scope of the Faculty of Economics and Business), of course the AcSES RnP Team has an important agenda which is an indicator of KBKTI's success, namely the Internal Essay Competition (IEC). IEC is a forum for AcSESOR essay competitions at the AcSES level itself, as initial provision and experience before trying competitions outside AcSES so that later they will be better prepared to take part in the competition.
In session 1 (first) an Internal Essay Competition was held with 4 finalist participants. The presentation session was held in the FEB Reading Room discussion room on 24 August 2018 at 09.00 to 11.00. In this presentation session, only 3 winners were selected with the results being 1st place by the Yunita Rahmawati team (Islamic Economics 2016), 2nd place by the Jannatika team (2017 Accounting), 3rd place by the Maratus Sholikah team (2017 Islamic Economics).
