Up Time or Upgrading Time is one of the work programs of the Human Resource Development division. Up Time is a new work program from the HRD division initiated by BPH AcSES friends because it was felt that there was a need for a place to upgrade and get to know all of the Access Accessors. Up Time aims to bring closer ties between the Daily Management Body and Acsesoe 2017, so that there can be solidarity and increase the feeling of family at AcSES. The series of Up Time events starts from Friday, March 9 2018 to Sunday, March 11 2018. Departures are held on Friday evening from the MM bus stop, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga using a disang which departs from 20.00 with the journey taking almost 2 hours, and Arrive at Villa Green Peace Pacet at 22.00. Then the participants were directed to accommodation with different rooms for men and women and different rooms for participants and the committee.
On Saturday, the event started at 03.00 with getting up and praying tahajud together, followed by tadarus, and reading al-ma'tsurat, then continued with personal hygiene, breakfast and continued with Outbound 1 which was directed by friends from the AcSES Cadreization Council, After doing Outbound 1 in the afternoon there is a break for ISHOMA, after ISHOMA it continues with a debate game between the Cadreization Council and up time participants, until 17.00 and then there is a break for Maghrib and Isha prayers, after evening prayers continue with preparations for the Evening Agenda, namely with bakae – grilled sausages and some playing guitar and singing. The event finished at 22.00 and continued with a break. The event starts at 03.00 with getting up and praying the tahajud prayer together, followed by tadarus, and reading al-ma'tsurat, then continued with personal hygiene, breakfast and continued with the second outbound, namely water games in the swimming pool at Villa Green Peace Pacet. Then after doing the outbound, the friends prepared themselves to continue the next agenda for Awarding Best Team Outbound. Then it closed with midday prayers in congregation and went straight to Disang, to return to Surabaya.
