Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Self Efficacy, Achievement Motivation on lecturer performance, which is moderated by Perceived Organizational Support for Private Higher Education (PTS) lecturers with A Kopertis Region VII accreditation in East Java. Data was collected by distributing 150 copies of a questionnaire to lecturers. The research was conducted from March to August 2016. The research data was processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The study results show that Self Efficacy, Achievement Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Affective Commitment, while Self Efficacy, Achievement Motivation, Affective Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Performance. Perceived Organizational Support as a moderating variable is proven to be able to strengthen the influence of Affective Commitment on the Performance of lecturers at Private Universities accredited A Kopertis Region vn in East Java.
