Abstract

Logistics infrastructure is an important link in increasing international trade, increasing competitiveness and playing an important role in the country's economic growth and economic development. This research aims to determine the effect of logistics infrastructure on economic growth. In this research, logistics infrastructure has variable indicators of capital stock, air transportation, land transportation, sea transportation, internet network, warehousing and labor in Asian emerging market countries in 2005-2017. The data used in this research is secondary data originating from the World Bank which was processed using the panel data regression method. Based on the estimation results, the results obtained that together the variables of capital stock, air transportation, land transportation, sea transportation, internet network, warehousing and labor have a significant effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, partially the variables capital stock, air transportation, land transportation, sea transportation, internet network, warehousing and labor have a significant positive effect on economic growth in Asian emerging market countries.
