Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the mediating role of innovation on the influence of organizational learning on company performance. This type of research is quantitative research that uses an explanatory approach. The data used in this research is primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to company business unit managers in the PT industrial area. Surabaya Rungkut Industrial Area. The sample in this research was 104 companies, which were determined using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square approach using the WarpPLS application. The research results provide empirical evidence that knowledge management and organizational learning have a positive effect on innovation and company performance, and innovation can mediate the influence of knowledge management and organizational learning on company performance.
