Abstract

This research aims to prove the ability of the mediating effect of work stress on workload, working conditions and receivables collection performance. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using an explanatory approach. Sampling was carried out at Bank Mandiri CCR Surabaya and the number of samples was 121 people from a total population of 157 people. The data analysis technique uses path analysis techniques. The test results show that the hypothesis is accepted with mediating results. This means that a high workload causes work stress to increase and has an impact on decreasing receivables collection performance. Meanwhile, good working environmental conditions cause work stress to decrease and have an impact on increasing receivables collection performance.
