Abstract

This research aims to find out how environmentally based efficiency affects company value and to find out how the use of raw materials, competition and environmental policies affects environmentally based efficiency. The research method uses an explanatory quantitative approach through hypothesis testing using a population of all manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the period 2016 to 2018 and uses a purposive sampling method with predetermined sample criteria. There were 231 companies that met the sample criteria. The statistical analysis used is SPSS software and for environmental efficiency uses Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The results of this study show that in model 1 the use of raw materials, competition, and company size have a positive effect on environmental efficiency, while environmental policy has no effect on environmental efficiency. Meanwhile, model 2 shows that environmental efficiency, Return On Assets, and company size have a positive effect on company value
