INTERNAL DIVISION TRAINING
Workshop Entrepreneur and Business Society (WeB)
Internal Division Training (IDT) 2025 is a work program of the Human Resources Development division that aims to form the human resources of the Universitas Airlanggawebsite members, explaining to the members of the Webs to become organizations who know their position in the organization and be able to carry out their functions properly and correctly through sharing with people who know the position. What's more, at the beginning of the event, it will be explained how the website has been carrying out its functions so far. The theme that was delivered this year was divided into 4 themes delivered by each division. So that for a year of future management, the website can be more well developed. This activity was held on March 17-18, 2025, located at Moments Cafe, Surabaya.
This activity was carried out with the aim of forming the human resources of members of the Workshop Entrepreneur Business Society (WEB) Universitas Airlangga. Through Internal division trainingactivities, website members are expected to be organizations who know their position in the organization, such as responsibility, teamwork, leadership, time management and be able to carry out their functions properly and correctly through sharing with people who know the position. What's more, at the beginning of the event, it will be explained how the website has been carrying out its functions so far. So that for a year the management runs to the front of the website can be more well developed. Thus, Internal Division Training Webs Airlangga University is a useful and relevant activity to SDGs No. 4, because it contributes to improving the quality of education and human resource development members of the Entrepreneur Business Society (WEB) workshop Universitas Airlangga.
