upgrading 2023In the 2023 "UPGRADING" event there are several series of events consisting of the presentation of material and cases by the Board of Directors (BOD) and continued with case presentations and feedback from the Mainboard as opening activities. After that, it was continued with the most important activity in this upgrading event, namely a sharing session with the aim of strengthening relationships between members and a performance evaluation session in order to find out input and opportunities that can be applied to the work program for the 2024 management period. This Upgrading activity was packaged in a friendly atmosphere. fun accompanied by several games and eating together which aims to ensure that all WEBS members can feel comfortable in the WEBS family. The Upgrading activity was carried out in two days and one night, precisely on 21 and 22 August 2023 and was located at Villa Agepe Pacet.
