Visit Organization or OV is a program by the PR/IT division. Where in this program all WEBS members will visit and be visited by organizations that have the same goals as us. This program aims to form relationships and increase insight into the activities and systems of other organizations. We hope that through the insights we gain, we can improve and develop our systems and work programs for the better. The target of this program is all WEBS members and other organizations outside Universitas Airlangga who have a similar vision, mission and goals to us. We have visited 2 organizations, namely TDC from the Satu November Institute of Technology on April 1 2023 and UKMKU Yogjakarta State University on May 28 2023. We were also visited by Lab. Business Incubator from the East Java Veteran National Development University on September 2 2023. In this activity, we provided various insights into organizational structures, organizational systems, work programs and held discussions about the problems faced and looked for solutions.
The Visit organization is included in SGDS numbers 8 and 17. It is suitable for SGDS number 8 because in this event members can open new relationships with people who have the same interest, namely in the business sector. Through this event, many of the members also discussed their businesses, thereby enabling business collaboration between members to be established which would then improve their economy. SGDS number 17 is appropriate because in the visiting organization we establish partnerships with various organizations with the aim of finding solutions to the problems we have and developing our organization so that organizational goals can be achieved.
