Activity Description:
Action 1.0 is one of the work programs from the Human Resources division of HMMA for the 2023 period Universitas Airlangga . The targets for this Action 1.0 activity are new students class of 2023 and students who have not yet taken part in Action. Different from the previous year, Action 1.0 this time was held outside campus while still implementing health protocols.
Action 1.0 was held with the aim of enabling new students to get to know each other from their fellow generations and those above them and regain a sense of solidarity and kinship that was lost due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Apart from that, the existence of Action 1.0 is a means to find candidates for regeneration of the HMMA management for the next period. The Action 1.0 event was conceptualized in an interesting way, namely outbound, sharing-hearing and performance.
