Activity Description:
Upgrading is one of the work programs from the Human Resources division and is the first work program from HMMA for the 2023 period. Upgrading aims to increase familiarity between HMMA S2 accounting members and establish good relationships with the old management so that the baton of a good organization does not stop.
The Upgrading event is organized in an interesting way and has useful benefits for individuals and management which will run for one year. The concept of this activity is an outbound for new management, and sharing sessions with old management as well as games designed with essential values to improve the soft skills of members of the Master of Accounting student association. This event was held outside campus while still adhering to health protocols.
