The HI DEKANAT activity which will take place on 8 October 2024 is an open forum that provides an opportunity for residents of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Airlangga to convey their aspirations and complaints directly to the dean's ranks. This forum is designed to listen and discuss important issues such as gender equality, inequality and injustice that may occur within the FEB environment. With this forum, it is hoped that students can share their views on the various problems they face, and the dean can respond with constructive solutions. This activity focuses on achieving SDGs 5 (Gender Equality), SDGs 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDGs 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions), with the aim of ensuring that all voices are heard and existing problems are handled fairly and effectively.
Through HI DEKANAT, FEB UNAIR is committed to creating an environment that is more inclusive and responsive to the needs of its citizens. This forum not only provides a platform for students to express complaints regarding gender equality and inequality, but also promotes transparency and fairness within the institution. By discussing solutions openly and collaboratively, this activity aims to strengthen good institutions and create a fairer culture on campus. Through productive dialogue, it is hoped that concrete steps will be achieved in overcoming problems of injustice and inequality, as well as strengthening integrity and justice in faculty management.
