On March 1 and 2 2023, the FEB UNAIR Student Legislative Body attended the FEB UNAIR Student Executive Board working meeting. The aim of the working meeting is to discuss the work program that has been prepared by the Student Executive Board which will be supervised by the Student Legislative Body.
Nayaka Pranaja Kanugrahan as Chair of the BLM FEB UNAIR Legislation Commission became presidium 1 who was tasked with leading the meeting. All work programs from BEM FEB UNAIR starting from ministries, departments, bureaus and major work programs were presented at the meeting. The work program will be implemented during one management period of BEM FEB UNAIR 2023. This period consists of 4 ministries overseeing 8 departments and 4 bureaus as well as 3 large work programs including E-Week, Pikmen, and TEDX.
Apart from that, the BLM and BEM administrators also discussed the monitoring and evaluation mechanism for the work program that had been prepared by stipulating that work meetings would be held at least once during the period. If another work meeting is necessary, it will be held again using the same system as the first work meeting. This mechanism is expected to ensure that the work program that has been prepared can be implemented properly and optimally so that the output produced is in accordance with the planned objectives. It is hoped that this working meeting can be the beginning of synergy between BLM and BEM in the future.
