comparative study feb unairIn order to strengthen the role of student cooperatives in realizing an inclusive and sustainable economy, comparative study activities between student cooperatives are a strategic step to exchange experiences and knowledge. A comparative study between the Student Cooperative of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (KOPMA FEB UNAIR), the Gadjah Mada University Student Cooperative (KOPMA UGM), and the Yogyakarta State University Student Cooperative (KOPMA UNY) aims to build synergy in implementing innovative and environmentally friendly cooperative practices . Through this activity, student cooperatives can learn from each other's experiences in managing cooperatives based on inclusiveness and sustainability, while strengthening solidarity and cooperation between higher education institutions.

This comparative study is an important momentum for each KOPMA to dig deeper into strategies for implementing green cooperatives, wise use of resources, and how to involve all cooperative members in preserving the environment. This activity also inspires concrete steps towards cooperative innovation that is more oriented towards sustainability, both from economic, social and environmental aspects.

In addition, this comparative study activity is in line with the achievement of several sustainable development goals (SDGs). First, supporting SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, by encouraging cooperative management that is able to create sustainable jobs and increase economic productivity through cooperative innovation. Second, this activity is also in line with SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, through education and cooperative practices that focus on environmentally friendly and sustainable resource management. The active involvement of students in this comparative study not only increases their knowledge about cooperatives, but also raises awareness of the importance of running a sustainable business for a better future.
