UNAIR Feb trainingThe Student Cooperative of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR) will hold Student Cooperative Intermediate Education and Training (KOPMA) on Sunday, 28 July 2024. The event, which will be held online via the Zoom Meeting platform, has the theme "Developing a Startup Mindset in Student Cooperatives to Encourage the Spirit of Entrepreneurship in Business Planning". This activity is aimed at the management and members of KOPMA FEB UNAIR 2024, with the main aim of educating participants about cooperative concepts and practices, as well as building their thinking skills in problem solving and decision making.

KOPMA FEB UNAIR Intermediate Training is in line with Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs) number 4, namely "Quality Education". This activity not only provides quality education in the form of hard skills related to cooperatives and entrepreneurship, but also develops participants' soft skills, especially in terms of discussion skills. It is hoped that this combination can help the management and members of KOPMA FEB UNAIR in preparing for their future in the world of business and organizations.

The event agenda will begin with a pre-test to measure participants' initial understanding. Next, there will be two main sessions delivering material by two speakers, namely I Wayan Indra Adhi Suputra, S.Kom., CEO of DJOIN (start-up empowering the digital financial ecosystem for grassroots communities through cooperatives) and Shochrul Rohmatul Ajija, SE, M. Ec., Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga . The first session will discuss "Cooperative Management", while the second session will focus on the main theme of the event, namely "Developing a Startup Mindset in Student Cooperatives to Encourage the Spirit of Entrepreneurship in Business Planning". Each session will be followed by an interactive Q&A, providing an opportunity for participants to deepen their understanding.

This DIKMEN activity will discuss the main characteristics of a start-up mindset, such as agility, innovation, and customer focus, as well as how these principles can be applied in the management and operations of student cooperatives. After delivering the material, there will be a session to give certificates to the presenters as a form of appreciation. To lighten the atmosphere, the committee has also prepared an ice breaking session at the end of the event. In closing, participants will take a post-test to evaluate their understanding of the material that has been presented. Apart from that, participants will also be asked to fill out attendance attendance. The event will end with a photo session with all KOPMA FEB UNAIR administrators and members, marking the end of Intermediate Training which is expected to provide valuable insight and knowledge for effective and sustainable cooperative management in the future.
