calling for tenan feb unairEntrepreneurship or entrepreneurship is the process of identifying, developing, and bringing a vision to life. The vision can be an innovative idea, an opportunity, a better way of doing things. In an effort to encourage and foster an entrepreneurial spirit as well as provide a platform and opportunity to be creative and promote student businesses directly, the HIMA Business Department, FEB UNAIR Undergraduate Management study program created a Lapak Management program or commonly called M-Lapak. The M-Lapak program is an in-depth effort to encourage the growth and development of student potential in the world of entrepreneurship. By holding a bazaar, HIMA provides an inclusive platform for students to express their creativity and innovation in creating products or services that are unique and attractive to the market. Apart from being a means for selling, the bazaar is also an opportunity to share knowledge, experience and skills between students who are interested in the world of business. Through the interactions that occur during the bazaar, students can learn about marketing strategies, operational management, and business negotiations directly, enriching their experience outside the classroom. Not only as a place for learning, the bazaar also has a broad impact in social and economic aspects. Income generated from stand sales is not only used to finance HIMA activities and programs, but can also make a positive contribution to the economy of individual students. The bazaar is also a means to introduce local products and promote small and medium businesses in the environment around campus, supporting local economic growth and strengthening relations between students and the community. Apart from that, the bazaar is also an opportunity to expand networks and build partnerships with various parties, including local business actors, companies and communities around campus. Through established collaboration, students can broaden their insight into the world of business, obtain internship or work opportunities, and develop collaborative projects that have the potential to produce a positive impact on society at large. Thus, the M-Lapak program is an important instrument in building a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem among students.

The M-Lapak program organized by the HIMA Business Department, FEB UNAIR Bachelor of Management study program, not only supports the development of student entrepreneurship, but can also be linked to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). One of the SDGs that is relevant to this activity is SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth. M-Lapak contributes to SDG 8 by encouraging economic growth among students and local communities. Through this bazaar, students learn to create jobs and run small businesses, which in turn can provide job opportunities for other people in the future. This aspect is very important in creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem that is not only profit-oriented, but also contributes to the welfare of society at large. Organizing a bazaar can be a concrete step in integrating SDG principles into students' academic and entrepreneurial life.
