Self branding is currently something that an individual needs in the industrial era 4.0. At this time there are many demands to be able to have creativity that can create branding for a person. This is because someone's assessment of us depends on how we brand ourselves to other people. Skills in self branding that have an important role include the ability to think creatively and communicate. 

 

In this case, self-branding requires practice or understanding of what self-branding is. Someone who is able to brand themselves well will be judged favorably by other people, whereas if someone fails to give an impression of the self-branding they do, it will make people judge them less well. Therefore, training and providing material by experts is needed to be able to answer the problems faced in branding yourself

 

The Branding Class, which is an activity of the HIMA S1 Management Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga , exists to help individuals develop self-branding skills through speakers and a series of interesting events with the theme "Bulid Your Personal Values ​​for Career Path". Branding Class 2022 will be held on July 16 2022 via zoom meeting. 

 

The main objective of the Branding Class is to achieve sustainable development targets in the era of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) no. 4, namely improving the quality of education. Increasing education for the Indonesian people will increase the quality human resource development index in Indonesia.
