Currently, entrepreneurship skills are one of the most needed skills in the Industrial Era 4.0. In this very dynamic era, human resources are also required to have creativity and an innovative mindset. Entrepreneurship skills have many influences on individuals, such as the ability to think creatively, communicate and make decisions. Entrepreneurs also have many important roles in the development of a country's economy, such as increasing employment opportunities, overcoming unemployment, and creating new innovations that are useful for society.
Mentoring in running a business is necessary because most business pioneers do not have discussion partners or business mentors in formulating ideas and solving their business problems. So mentoring is useful for providing opportunities for development, providing personal support, and motivating where the relationship between the mentor and his students is a profitable relationship. Therefore, Entrepreneur Class is here to provide a solution to this problem.
Entrepreneur Class is an event organized by HIMA S1 Management, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga in order to develop the entrepreneurship skills of the participants. The theme of this year's Entrepreneur Class is "Take Your Steps to Become A Successful Entrepreneur". This event will be held for two days, namely on 11-12 June 2022 online via zoom meeting and this year's Entrepreneur Class is related to SDGs point four, namely Quality Education.
