A workshop is an event where several people gather to solve certain problems and find solutions. This activity is held for students who are administrators of HIMA MANAGEMENT Universitas Airlangga for the 2022 period. Lectures and organizations are two things that cannot be separated in student life. Of course, being active in organizations is an opportunity that should not be wasted when we are at college. However, it is not uncommon for us to find challenges that can hinder the development of an organization, such as difficulties in communicating and collaborating with fellow organizations. Therefore, this activity has the aim of providing new insights and views regarding good communication between HIMA MANAGEMENT Universitas Airlangga colleagues and being able to work together appropriately in order to achieve goals in accordance with the vision and mission of HIMA MANAGEMENT Universitas Airlangga .
This 2022 workshop is also related to SDGs number 17, namely Partnerships For The Goals. Being a member of an organization must also have partnership skills in order to achieve common goals. Therefore, some insight into organizational skills is needed.
This year's workshop activity is entitled "Achieving Goals Through Effective Communication and Teamwork"
This material will be presented by Mr. Daryl Gumilar, he currently serves as Talent and Organizational Development Director of PT Pesta Pora Abadi. He has many skills, namely People Development, Organizational Development, Performance Management System, and Competency Development. Not only that, he also has a lot of experience, namely HR Senior Manager PT Vivo Communication, Training and Development PT Suzuki, Recruitment Training Manager Meratus Group, and many others.
This event will be held on April 3 2022 which will be held via ZOOM Meetings. The duration of this material is 40 minutes and 20 minutes for the discussion session.
