Art is something that depicts a person's beauty and expression. Art is anything related to art or anything that produces an inner experience that is presented beautifully so that it can attract attention and create a unique inner experience for those interested. In the 21st century, art has begun to develop rapidly. There are many artistic schools in the world, starting from traditional art, music and even modern art.
Because more and more people have an interest in the arts, HIMA Management S1 Universitas Airlangga saw this as an opportunity and held a competition called "Management Highlight" or what could be called "M-Light". The purpose of holding this activity is as a forum for universitas airlangga students to develop creativity, express themselves and channel their hobbies.
Every year Management Highlight will highlight a different artistic field. For this year, M-Light has chosen the art of photography as a field. The consideration is that because Indonesia itself is still in a state of overcoming the pandemic, it is hoped that by choosing the field of photography it will still be able to reach a wide range of participants and this photography will also not cause crowds and can be done independently.
This year, Management Highlight has the theme, namely "Stuck at Home" with the tagline, namely "Capture Your Light with M-Light". The theme raised by Management Highlights this year was motivated by the pandemic conditions which are still not over, causing many people to carry out their daily activities at home. This event will open registration from November 1 2021 to November 10 20201. Then there will be a photo collection stage from November 15 to November 19 and followed by an assessment stage from November 20 to November 23. The winners will be announced on November 25 2021 on Instagram Management Highlight, namely @mlight_2021.
