Facilitator For Competency Certification is a work program from the Universitas Airlangga which forms a forum for training fellow students which includes increasing students' competence and self-confidence in managing HR functions, professional recognition which increases their competitiveness in the job market, as well as the ability to provide significant contribution to the organization. This certification also helps participants develop a more focused career in the HR field. This activity will be held for two days on 27-28 September 2024 offline in the Mindrowo FEB UNAIR hall.
The BNSP (National Board for Professional Certification) certification activities in the field of Human Resources aim to assess and recognize students' abilities in carrying out HR management functions in accordance with national standards.
By having this certification, students not only get official recognition for their competence, but also increase their competitiveness in the world of work, especially in HR management roles. This certification also provides an in-depth understanding of best practices in the HR field, which is very relevant to apply in various industries.
