Upgrading HIMA UNAIR Management is an activity designed to increase the capacity and capability of HIMA members, both in terms of knowledge, skills, and leadership attitudes. This activity aims to prepare HIMA members to be better prepared to face the challenges and dynamics of the organization, as well as being able to make a more optimal contribution in every work program that will be carried out.
The activities carried out during this activity took place. Among them are training and socialization that discusses various topics such as bureaucratic flow, work program management, and decision making strategies. There are also games activities designed to increase cooperation, trust, and bonding between members. And most importantly there is a discussion and sharing session session and evaluation and planning of work programs.
This work program is in line with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially in the 4th point, namely quality education. Upgrading Hima Management Unair aims to increase the capacity and skills of members through training, and discussion. This is in line with SDGs 4 which emphasizes the importance of quality education and lifelong learning. By increasing the knowledge and skills of members, this event contributes to the development of competent human resources and is ready to face future challenges.
With this upgrading activity, Hima Management Unair hopes to continue to be a progressive, innovative, and able to have a positive impact on all academics and the community.
