This program is a program from the Department of Social, Community and Environmental Affairs (SOSMAL) of the Development Economics Student Association (HIMA EP) Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga . This is all aimed at the entire academic community of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga . As is known, waste is a serious problem in the community that can cause pollution. The same as using plastic. Plastic is an artificial inorganic material composed of chemicals which are quite dangerous for the environment because they are difficult to decompose naturally. Therefore, the use of plastic is not friendly if used without certain restrictions.

Apart from the problem of waste and plastic, during the Covid-19 pandemic, health problems also need to be considered. The main health issue is mental health, where in situations like this it is not easy for people to pay attention to their mental condition. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain one's own mental health while undergoing the current conditions.

This is what encourages the existence of "Green EP" which is a work program provided by HIMA EP Universitas Airlangga for students and is expected to inspire the wider community to care about the surrounding environment and reduce the use of plastic in daily life and pay attention to their mental health conditions during their lifetime. Covid-19 pandemic.
