Sharia Acceleration Leadership Event (SALE) is a routine activity organized by the Student Resources Development Division (PSDM) of the Islamic Economics Student Association (Hima Ekis) Universitas Airlangga. This activity is addressed to internal staff Hima Ekis 2025 to improve the quality of human resources or self -upgrading such as capacity and skills development that supports effectiveness in organizing.
The main objective of the sale activity is to provide opportunities in raising awareness and understanding of the importance of the role of students in the organization. This activity includes various interactive and educative activities that can provide a deeper insight about the responsibilities, functions, and contributions that can be given by a student for the continuity and progress of the organization. The activity held also aims to foster a sense of ownership of the organization, so that each individual management of Hima Ekis 2025 can be more motivated in carrying out their duties and roles with full dedication, commitment, and high spirit of collaboration.
In accordance with the theme that SALE will be delivered this year, "Strengthing Self-Potential and Confidence Through Creative Gratitude Collaboration in Ramadan" is expected to be a significant first step for HIMA management in finding and developing their own potential optimally. Through various forms of collaboration that existed with other administrators, each individual is expected to be able to share experiences, insight, and skills that will support their personal and professional growth in the organizational environment. With the close interaction and solid cooperation, the management can also build stronger self -confidence, so that they are able to face various organizational challenges with a more proactive, innovative, and responsible attitude. In addition, it is hoped that the synergy that exists among the management will create a positive, inspiring, and supporting work environment both individually and collectively in achieving the shared goals of the organization.
SALE 2025 will bring values that include self-improvement such as professionalism carrying out duties and responsibilities with a professional attitude, discipline, and oriented to quality results. Then self-confidence (self-confidence) fosters confidence in taking roles, facing challenges, and making a significant contribution to the organization. Fossei and Collaboration prioritize cooperation and synergy with fellow management to achieve organizational goals more effectively. For its implementation, SALE 2025 will be held on March 14-16 offline at Villa Agape Padusan, Pacet, Mojokerto and charged a contribution fee of Rp 120,000/person.
This sale is related to SDGs Number 4, namely Quality Education (quality education) where later self-upgrading activities aimed at increasing the awareness and understanding of participants about the organization supporting quality non-formal education. The Hima Ekis 2025 management was given the opportunity to develop leadership skills, cooperation, and increase self -capacity that contributed to improving the quality of human resources. The existence of learning provided by the speakers and interactive discussions encourages the development of insight and increasing soft skills and hard skills. It is hoped that by applying these values from this activity the management of the Hima Ekis 2025 is expected to be able to carry out their role more effectively and make a significant contribution to the progress of the organization and their own development.
