Capital Market Seminar (SPM) is a webinar and seminar with the aim of providing investment education to all Indonesian people in collaboration with the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) and Indo Premier Sekuritas (IPOT). The main aim of SPM is to increase financial literacy, combat fraudulent investments through good and correct investment procedures so as to reduce people's fear of starting to invest.
This year, the Capital Market Seminar has two themes, the first is a Webinar with the theme "Investment: Building Wealth for Future Generations" and the second is a Hybrid Guest Lecture Seminar with the theme "Strengthening Indonesian Capital Market Inclusion and Mitigating Financial Risk for Gen Z" . With these two themes, it is hoped that the public, especially students, can be better prepared to face fraudulent investments through correct investment procedures and eliminate the fear of all Indonesian people about starting to invest.
The first Capital Markets Seminar will be held on 22 July 2023 targeting the general public via Zoom Meeting and the second Capital Markets Seminar will be held on 30 September 2023 targeting first semester GDP students at Universitas Airlangga to be held offline at the Candradimuka Auditorium, GKB, Campus C Universitas Airlangga and online will be broadcast via the KSPM UNAIR YouTube channel.
