GIBEI NEWS—KSPM will hold an Upgrading on June 4 2022. This year there is a difference, namely that KSPM can carry out the Upgrading offline compared to the previous year. The plan is that this upgrading will be carried out at Republika Café. The purpose of this event is to strengthen members and also improve KSPM's internal human resources.
There are a series of activities carried out, namely the presentation of stock analysis results carried out in groups. Previously, the members gathered together with their mentors to receive training on how to write good and correct papers on stock analysis. The next activity was to present a report on the results of the stock analysis that they had previously discussed. They presented the results of stock analysis from various different industrial sectors, ranging from the financial, manufacturing, mining, property, agriculture and infrastructure sectors. Apart from formal activities, there are other informal activities through mini games and self-evaluation to increase closeness and a sense of kinship between members.
