The Self Development Program (SDP) is a superior work program from the Department of Professional Development of BEM FEB Universitas Airlangga which aims to support student self -development. This program is designed as a forum for undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga in improving self -quality, both through the development of soft skills and hard skills certification. Thus, students are expected to be able to compete in the academic and professional world.
SDP lasted over a period of BEM FEB Management Universitas Airlangga and carried out in various forms of activities, such as training, seminars, workshops, and professional certification. These various initiatives are designed to equip students with relevant skills and support their career journey in the future.
More than just a self-development program, SDP also contributes to realizing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 8th Purpose: Dencent Work and Economic Growth (decent work and economic growth). This program provides facilities and opportunities for all FEB students Universitas Airlangga to obtain and create proper jobs, inclusive economic growth, and equitable social protection. Access to knowledge, skills, and professional certification provided in this program is expected to be able to help students in increasing their competitiveness in the world of work.
