Bureaucratic class 2025In every work program of student organizations (Ormawa), bureaucratic and administrative aspects become an inseparable part of. Correspondence, submission of proposals, activity reports, and coordination with the faculty and universities require good understanding related to bureaucratic procedures. However, there are often errors in the administrative format, lack of coordination between administration, as well as disagreement in the process of submitting documents.
The 2025 bureaucratic class is present as a solution to improve the understanding and skills of the Secretary of Ormawa in managing administration and bureaucracy at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Airlangga . This activity aims to create a more organized, efficient, and transparent bureaucratic system within the scope of student organizations. With this forum, it is hoped that all Secretary of Ormawa can work together in realizing good administrative governance, reducing errors in submitting documents, and building more solid coordination with the faculty bureaucracy.
Bureaucratic class activities are in line with points 16 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely "peace, justice and strong institutions" which emphasizes the importance of strong, transparent and accountable institutional development. With good administrative governance, Ormawa can run work programs more professionally and responsibly, so as to be able to make a real contribution to FEB Airlangga students and the wider community. The sustainability of this activity is very important so that the bureaucratic system in the student organizational environment is growing and adaptive to change. With the spirit of collaboration and innovation, the bureaucratic class is expected to continue to be a forum for learning and coordination that is beneficial for the next generation of students.
