The Student Executive Board (BEM) of FEB UNAIR is a student institution that is committed to becoming a strategic partner in developing student potential, policy advocacy, and the implementation of work programs that have an impact on academics and the community. As an organization oriented to capacity building, BEM FEB UNAIR always seeks to improve its functionary competence in order to be able to carry out the role as an effective and responsive change agent.
The "uniformity room" is present as an initiative of the Department of Strategic Studies (Kastrat) of BEM FEB UNAIR 2025 to strengthen the functionary capacity in carrying out the designated work programs. The event was designed as a collaborative learning room between all Department of BEM FEB Airlangga University, with a focus on mastery of crucial basic skills in the execution of programs, such as strategic thinking frameworks, preparation of policy briefs, and (Ansos) social analysis. This agenda also filled the role in SDGs 4: Quality Education, SDGs 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, and SDGs 17: Partnership for the Goals.
