Visit Department “Neighbor Visit”

The Department of External Relations, BEM, Faculty of Economics and Business, UNAIR, on Wednesday, November 23 2022, made a visit or neighbor visit with the Ministry of External Relations, BEM, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, UNAIR and the Branding Department, BEM, Psychology, UNAIR. This activity was carried out face to face in Soepoyo Hall, campus B UNAIR attended by 30 participants. The purpose of this visit is to exchange insights regarding work program knowledge and innovation, as well as establishing friendship and cooperation through presentation sessions from each BEM and focus group discussions (FGD).

The neighbor visit event started at 18.50 WIB by MC, Bintang from BEM FEB UNAIR who guided from the start of the event to the end. The series of events began with an opening from the MC and continued with remarks from Muhammad Nur Faiq as Minister of External Affairs BEM FEB UNAIR, Nabil Bahar Rizky as Minister of External Relations BEM FIB UNAIR, and Gabriella Patricia Ruswir as Head of the Branding Department of BEM Psychology UNAIR. The next event was a presentation of material from the External Relations Department of BEM FEB UNAIR by Faiq, followed by a presentation of the company profile and material from the Ministry of External Relations of BEM FIB UNAIR by Nabil, then continued with a presentation of material from the Branding Department of BEM Psychology UNAIR by Theda as Deputy Head of the Branding Department of BEM Psychology UNAIR .

The event continued with a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) session. In the FGD, each department shares information about their respective departments starting with introductions of each department member and questions and answers for 60 minutes. After the FGD was finished, the attendees were directed to fill in the CSI neighbor visit form provided by the External Relations Department of BEM FEB UNAIR.

The event ended with a certificate giving session from the Department of External Relations of BEM FEB UNAIR to the Ministry of External Relations of BEM FIB UNAIR and the Branding Department of BEM Psychology UNAIR as a form of appreciation represented by Shavinas Mayada as University Deputy of the Department of External Relations of BEM FEB UNAIR. Finally, the entire series of neighbor visit events closed with a closing by the MC and a group photo at 20.40 WIB.
