The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (BEM FEB UNAIR) on Sunday, 11 July 2021 received a visit or welcome visit from the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Veteran National Development University, Yogyakarta (BEM FEB UPNVY). This visit was facilitated by the Department of External Relations BEM FEB UNAIR and the Department of External Diplomacy Relations BEM FEB UPNVY. This activity was carried out through Zoom Meeting media and was attended by 158 people consisting of administrators from BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FEB UPNVY. The purpose of this visit is so that each BEM can learn from each other, increase knowledge and innovate work programs, as well as establish friendship and cooperation through presentation sessions from each BEM and group discussion forums (FGD) from each department or bureau.

The visit started at 13.00 WIB by Lydia from BEM FEB UNAIR and Asa from BEM FEB UPNVY as Master of Ceremony (MC) who led the welcome visit event. The series of events began with remarks from each BEM President. There were Mas Tariq from BEM FEB UNAIR and Mas Prisa Nurananda from BEM FEB UPNVY. The next event was a presentation about BEM FEB UNAIR by Mas Tariq and Mas Andrew as President and Vice President of BEM FEB UNAIR. Then continued with a presentation about BEM FEB UPNVY by Mas Prisa as Chair of BEM FEB UPNVY and Mas Isan as Deputy Chair of BEM FEB UPNVY.  

 

A brief presentation from each BEM chairman was followed by a group discussion forum (FGD) for each department or bureau. In the FGD, each department shares information about their respective bureaus or departments. Starting from the introduction of each department member to the presentation of the work agenda. The FGD lasted for 1 hour and closed with a group photo. After the FGD, there was a CSI welcome visit form provided by the Research and Development Bureau Department of BEM FEB UNAIR. Then, it continued with a certificate giving session from BEM FEB UNAIR, represented by Mas Tariq and from BEM FEB UPNVY, represented by Mas Prisa. Finally, the entire series of welcome visit events from BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FEB UPNVY closed with a closing by the MC at 15.10 WIB.
