(FEB NEWS) Thursday, 27 July 2023 The FEB UNAIR Undergraduate Management Department is once again collaborating with the FEB UNAIR Undergraduate Management Association to produce community service activities as part of Cares Management. This activity took place at Graha Sena Jalan Tempel Sukorejo Gang 1, Sukorejo District, Surabaya. Together, we present a series of activities aimed at providing valuable insights and skills for MSME players.
This activity began with a speech by Mrs. Jum as Tegalsari welfare, Dr. Tri Siwi Agustina, SE., M.Si. – Chairman of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Industrial Relations (PKRI) FEB UNAIR and remarks from the village head.
This was then continued with the main activity, namely the presentation of material from our expert speakers, Dr.
Puput Tri Komalasari, Tutus Widagdo, and Dr. Rahmat Yuliawan, who has provided valuable material in the sessions this time: Session 1: Financial Management and Determining Selling Prices
Dr. Puput Tri Komalasari, an experienced lecturer and expert in the field of financial management, shared valuable insights about efficient financial management for batik MSMEs. Participants also learn strategies for determining the right price for their batik products, maintaining competitiveness in the market.
Session 2: Public Speaking for Product Marketing
Tutus Widagdo guided us to hone our public speaking skills. These skills will help us present and market our products more persuasively and convincingly.
Session 3: Product Shooting with
Dr. Rahmat Yuliawan, an experienced practitioner and photography expert, provides valuable guidance on how to photograph batik products professionally using a cell phone. Attractive and high-quality product images are very important in increasing customer attraction and trust in batik MSMEs.
We hope that this activity will have a positive impact on the development of MSME businesses.
