The Surabaya City Government collaborated with Universitas Airlangga Faculty of Economics and Business, in a seminar with the theme "The Role of IT in Reducing Corruption Levels in the Municipal Government" . This event was held at the Fadjar Notonegoro Hall.
To reduce corruption in government ranks, especially in the Surabaya City area, IT is currently using IT in its activities, in fact several programs are IT-based by involving the city community directly (e-government). Currently the City of Surabaya is already using e-bugeting and e-procurement even though it is still very simple. This is done to reduce fraud or corruption.
This event was opened by Deputy Dean III FEB Unair Nisful Laila, SE., M.Com, followed by the seminar The Role of IT in Reducing Corruption Levels in the Municipal Government . at 08.30 WIB. This event was divided into two sessions, namely a review from the academic side and a review from the practical side represented by officials from the Surabaya City Government. The seminar ends at 12.30 WIB.
