9120 FEB UNAIR and DPKKA UNAIR Discussing the Strategy for Improving Employability Graduates.html(Feb News) Friday, January 24, 2025 - FEB UNAIR attended the invitation of the Surabaya City Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda), to close the Merdeka Merdeka Learning Internship program (MBKM). This event took place in the meeting room of the Procurement of Goods/Services and Development Administration (BPBJAP) 3rd floor, Jl. Sedap Night No. 1 Surabaya and marks the success of the implementation of this inaugural internship program.
A total of 82 FEB UNAIR students have participated in this program for one semester, gaining direct experience in supporting the strategic activities of Bapenda Surabaya. In his remarks, the Head of Bapenda - Febrina Kusumawati, S.Si., MM, expressed his deep appreciation to FEB Airlangga for his trust in placing their students at his institution.
"The presence of this student is very helpful in the continuation of our work program. They learn directly from the reality on the ground, contribute significantly, and have a positive impact on Bapenda, said Febrina. In the future, the hope is that this activity can still take place. "
Deputy Dean I Feb Unair, Dr. Wisnu Wibowo , SE, M.Si., also gave appreciation to the Surabaya City Bapenda who had given full guidance to students. "We are very grateful to Bapenda, especially to Mrs. Febrina Kusumawati and the mentors, for extraordinary assistance to our students. Our hope, this collaboration can continue with the presence of the second, third, fourth, fourth and so on, maybe even the chance of our students to be part of Bapenda in the future, "he said.
Dr. Vishnu also highlighted the importance of strengthening student soft skills, especially in the fields of communication, interpersonal relations, and the use of technology, which is the characteristics of the Z generation. According to him, this internship program is a small step towards major changes in supporting the realization of the vision of Indonesia Gold 2045.

In closing, Dr. Wisnu also conveyed an apology for the deficiencies that might occur during the program. He emphasized the importance of a common role, including family, in shaping superior human resources.
