(FEB NEWS) "With integrity, synergy with a heart for the country", this is the theme promoted by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR), in its 62nd year.
Tuesday, August 8 2023, from the courtyard of the FEB UNAIR Integrated Services Unit Building, Campus B, FEB UNAIR held a Tasyakuran event and People's Party for the 62nd Anniversary of FEB UNAIR.
FEB UNAIR's 62nd anniversary, along with its theme, has a very close meaning. The first meaning, the slash rising from left to right at number 6, is interpreted as FEB UNAIR's positive achievements which continue to increase from year to year, where all these achievements are dedicated wholeheartedly to UNAIR, society, nation, state and the Creator. The second meaning, the combination of 6 and 2 which forms a heart, symbolizes that the achievements of FEB UNAIR are the result of collaboration between the entire FEB UNAIR academic community. The third meaning, the intersection between 6 and 2 symbolizes the spirit of FEB UNAIR, to continue to build synergy, both between Academics/Universities, Government, Industry/Business Actors, Media, and Communities/Associations, so that they can continue to contribute significantly to Society, Nation and The country is heading towards an advanced Indonesia, as the theme for the 78th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Indonesia in 2023 is "Continue to progress for an advanced Indonesia".
The 62nd Celebration of the Age of FEB UNAIR was marked by the cutting of Tumpeng by the Dean of FEB UNAIR – Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia., SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA. accompanied by Deputy Dean I - Dr. Wisnu Wibowo , Deputy Dean II – Dr. Nisful Laila, Deputy Dean III – Dr. Ahmad Rizki Sridadi, Head of Representative of Bank Indonesia East Java Province - Doddy Zulverdi and Secretary of the UNAIR Faculty of Economics and Business Alumni Association - Dr. Zakik, SE., MSi.

The 62nd Anniversary of FEB UNAIR was enlivened by the performance of a series of events: Awards for FEB UNAIR Partners, Line Dance from the Dharma Wanita PBB FEB UNAIR, Synergy Band (a combination of students, alumni and FEB UNAIR Tendik), Fusionomic Band (Synergy from Students Economics, Management, Accounting and Islamic Economics), competitions, door prizes and Umrah prizes, and serving traditional menus by inviting small traders/MSMEs around Campus B UNAIR.
