VISIT MANAGEMENT 2023

Tuesday and Wednesday, 20 and 21 June 2023, the Management Undergraduate Student Association of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (HIMA S1 Management FEB UNAIR) managed to visit several Big Companies in Jakarta and was accompanied by Nurullaily Kartika SE., MBA. – Lecturer at the Management Department, FEB UNAIR. The aim of the Company Visit activity is as a student learning program to learn real practices and company strategies to survive the global economic slowdown, where students not only get theory in lectures but also know and study company practices and culture in the career world.

The first day, namely Tuesday, June 20 2023, students from HIMA S1 Management FEB UNAIR made a company visit to the Financial Services Authority at Wisma Mulia 2 Building, Jl. Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta with a topic regarding capital market supervision, one of the linear, interesting and important topics to study in the Management Study Program, especially for students who are Generation Z who are familiar with the capital market.
Then the second session, on the same day HIMA S1 Management FEB UNAIR had the opportunity to visit the Head Office of CIMB NIAGA at Menara Sentraya, South Jakarta. The event began with an opening MC and remarks and continued with the presentation of the material, followed by a presentation about Chasing Dreams by CIMB NIAGA. There, we also had the opportunity to do a Company Tour, with this activity we were able to try out advanced facilities such as VR Learning, Mini Golf, Photobooth, and the comfort of facilities from CIMB NIAGA.
Day Two, 21 June 2023 We had the opportunity to visit the Wilmar Group, at the Multivision Tower Building, South Jakarta. The event began with the opening of the MC followed by remarks and an introduction to the Wilmar Group profile and also a presentation about Wilmar Consultancy Services.
With the Company Visit activity, it is hoped that students can gain valuable learning from the strategies implemented by Big Companies as well as motivation to have a career in Big Companies.
