(FEB NEWS) Surabaya, 24 November 2022 - The Grand Final was held as the highlight of the 2022 FEB UNAIR Ambassador Selection event, which took place in the Fadjar Notonegoro Hall, Faculty of Economics and Business. The 2022 FEB UNAIR Ambassador Election will take place in November 2022 in various stages, namely:
The first step in selecting 2022 FEB UNAIR Ambassadors is a Roadshow. The aim of the Roadshow is to introduce FEB UNAIR Ambassadors and the 2022 FEB UNAIR Ambassador Selection to students. Using a hybrid method, namely an online Roadshow by utilizing the live Instagram feature and offline by promoting in crowded places around FEB UNAIR or attending class.
Stage 1 Selection, all registered participants took the test on Friday, November 4 2022 in the Soepoyo FEB UNAIR hall. Some of the tests are written tests about FEB, UNAIR, and current issues. Interview test regarding the participant's introduction and personality. As well as a Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD) test regarding arguments on current issues in a group. After selection 1 took place, 17 2022 FEB UNAIR Ambassador semifinalists were obtained.
Selection Stage 2, at this stage the 2022 FEB UNAIR Ambassador semifinalists go through 2 stages, namely an aptitude test and a speech test. The semifinalists presented talent videos that had been taken before the 2nd stage of selection took place and delivered vision and mission speeches as future FEB UNAIR 2022 Ambassadors. This activity was held in the GKM FEB UNAIR Hall on Friday, 11 November 2022 with 10 2022 FEB UNAIR Ambassador Finalists.
The third series of 2022 FEB UNAIR Ambassador Election events is Quarantine. Quarantine for the 2022 FEB UNAIR Ambassador Election was held on Saturday, 18 November 2022 at the Mindrowo Hall FEB UNAIR. The aim of the finalist quarantine is to take place with various materials presented by several great speakers from various fields. Namely beauty and grooming class from Instaperfect, personal branding class by Farras Jilan, public speaking class by Paguyuban Duta UNAIR namely Lusiana, medical skin care practitioner by Dr. Linda Purwasih, MH, English class by English Literature lecturer, Mrs. Anggita, embassy class by 2021 FEB UNAIR Ambassador, as well as materials and tours about FEB UNAIR by the president of BEM FEB, Vania Safira.
And the highlight of the FEB UNAIR AMBASSADOR SELECTION is the Grand Final, which is the highlight of the 2022 FEB UNAIR Ambassador election. It took place in the Fadjar Notonagoro Hall FEB UNAIR on Thursday, 24 November 2022. The atmosphere was different because it was attended by invited guests, namely FEB UNAIR Lecturers, the President and Vice President of FEB UNAIR 2022, Faculty Ambassadors throughout UNAIR, sponsors, parents of finalists, and FEB UNAIR students.
From the many series of activities and registrants for the 2022 FEB UNAIR Ambassador Election, 10 Finalists were selected and at the peak event, namely the Grand Final, 4 winners were selected and crowned with the following details:

Nur Luthfia Kasturi (Islamic Economics - 2021) as Favorite Ambassador FEB UNAIR 2022
