Together with his board of directors, the alumni of FE Unair class 80, conveyed lessons learned from the case of the growth and development of PT Humpuss. From a condition of minus profits and lots of debt, it became a prime condition. This even happened without layoffs. He made the company into a big family, in carrying out leadership.

This makes the importance of reputation, both personal and institutional, as a determinant of follower trust. Ki Hajar Dewantara's wisdom was also conveyed which teaches leadership that is able to see the situation, able to lead in the future;
