Theo Lekatompessy MM FEB Unair

"Learn from the experts" is an important phrase for a learner.
This is also a lesson from Sr An Nahl: 43. This includes learning management science. Around 100 MM FEB UNAIR students, on Thursday, January 18 2018, also received valuable learning from the President of PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportation, Mr Theo Lekatompessy.
Together with his board of directors, the alumni of FE Unair class 80, conveyed lessons learned from the case of the growth and development of PT Humpuss. From a condition of minus profits and lots of debt, it became a prime condition. This even happened without layoffs. He made the company into a big family, in carrying out leadership.
And teaches that leaders will gain the loyalty and support of their followers if they can be trusted. This makes the importance of reputation, both personal and institutional, as a determinant of follower trust. Ki Hajar Dewantara's wisdom was also conveyed which teaches leadership that is able to see the situation, able to lead in the future;
accompany when the company is in trouble; even encouraging when there is low motivation from his followers. Not only that, business management philosophy also requires mental accounting.
And almost part of the discussion regarding the restructuring process of PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportation is based on business accounting philosophy, accompanied by an understanding of business law. Exciting discussions went on with lots of students' critical questions, until 2 hours passed without realizing it.
Thank you Mr Theo, we are waiting for the next knowledge sharing...(gcp)
