Providing Prospective Graduates for the March 2020 Period, on Thursday, March 5 2020 in the Fadjar Notonagoro Hall, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (FEB Unair), with the theme: "Graduate Strategies for Career Development in the World of Work" this time, FEB Unair brought Class of 1985 alumni, namely Dra. Iis Herijati, Ak - Independent Compliance Director PT. Bank Bank Maspion Indonesia, Tbk., as speaker.
With enthusiasm and very direct, Iis Herijati, presented her material with the theme "Growing Through Integrated e-Solutions", where Iis Herijati, explained that "currently we are heading towards the industrial revolution 4.0, where everything is digital", and according to Iis Herijati "What is meant by digital is not just a tool, but also the way humans think must also be digital / continue to develop."

“Life is learning, in fact our entire life journey is learning. Because science, knowledge or technology is always increasing, and we must not stop learning. If we stop learning then we will become marginalized or left behind', that is the message Iis Herijati always conveys.
Iis Herijati, tells about her journey in pursuing a career starting from zero. Forge after forge at every level of office that he went through, he did it with high commitment and dedication. He continues to carry out various kinds of training, certification and refreshments throughout his career. For him, "integrity & competency is very important and needed by everyone at work".
At the end of the session, Iis Herijati also invited the Millennial TEAM from PT. Bank Maspion Indonesia, Tbk. where they are selected based on a variety of different educational backgrounds to provide experience sharing for prospective graduates, regarding how they were, when they first entered the world of work, during their work and how they were able to survive in the world of work.

According to our choice, we have to be committed to our choice, that's what we have to do when we want to enter the world of work after we graduate. If you say that the learning process at UNAIR/or any school is basic and foundational, but our whole life is learning. Because knowledge and technology continue to increase, if we stop we will become marginalized people, people left behind in the industrial arena, so if we work in a leading industry, we cannot stop learning. So we will start with a little about Maspion Bank products, how to enter the world of work in banking, which can actually also be applied in other industries, just because banking is specific, fully regulated so I will explain in banking because that is my learning process, inviting the TEAM Maspion Bank Millennials, to share their experiences when they first started working, during their time working, and how they survived in the world of work.
"Growing Through Integrated e-Solutions", eee, e-mobile, e-commerce are all e-commerce, which means we are about to enter the 4th industrial revolution, everything is digital, the same goes for banking, friends at the Bank Maspion has also prepared to catch up or to follow the digital era. This digital era does not mean just tools, we know the tools called mobile, q-art quote, ATM which is now called CRM, but what is really meant by digital is the way of thinking. We must enter an era called the digital era.
So the place I work is PT Bank Maspion Indonesia, a Commercial Bank, a public PT, has had an IPO, has sold its shares to the public, in the history of entering the banking industry in 1989,
