Once again, MM FEB Unair is making innovations in its activities. Outbound, which has become routine for new students at MM FEB Unair, is also given innovative elements but still in accordance with the Learning Outcome.
In this outbound, there is something different, namely not for team building, but for character building. And the character that is built is the character of a Leader. So the games provided are aimed at identifying the leadership personality of students. This includes giving personality tests to students, so that they can identify themselves, including what type of person they are, type S, K, M or P.
And what's interesting, the new students are trained in archery, aiming at the target. This is a form of management activity, namely to achieve goals, depending on skills, tools used, and external factors.
