In 2025, HIMA S1 Management Universitas Airlangga held an alumni meet up event with the range of active student audience audiences Study Program Management Universitas Airlangga . This event aims to increase motivation and work views for S1 students in Universitas Airlangga and establish friendship between students and alumni. Alumni meet up will be held on Monday, May 5, 2025 online at 18:00 - finished with the theme "Navigating The Future: Insight, Strategy and Leadership".
Alumni Meet Up 2025 presents 2 speakers who will bring the discussion according to the theme carried with the hope that the resource persons can share their experiences about how alumni can determine their career choices when entering the career world, not only depending on theory but also on the ability to adapt, think strategic and make the right decisions.
The two speakers are alumni of the S1 Management Study Program Universitas Airlangga who have been active in the world of work. The first speaker, Rahmat Fiqih Gunawan (alumni of MSDM Concentration Management, 2020) currently works as a HC Career & Performance Management Analyst and the second speaker is Ayu Maharani Putri Setyorini (Alumni S1 Management Management Management Management, 2021) currently works as a Business Owner & Commercial Staff, KBM of the East Java KBM.
This event is related to SDGs number 4 namely quality education. As an agent of change, students must have a vision and plan to achieve a successful future and have a positive impact, especially in their career. With the existence of alumni who have been successful in their respective fields, this proves that a quality generation has been born from the S1 Study Program in Universitas Airlangga . Therefore, the 2025 Alumni Meet Up presents the two successful alumni as inspiration and a forum for learning for students who want to follow in their footsteps towards success.
