HIMA ECONOMY Development Universitas Airlangga will hold upgrading activities facilitated by the Department of Student Resources Development to improve skills in the field of organization. This activity is expected to be able to provide individual character debriefing to all HIMA EP 2025 management through knowledge of organizations and leadership, as well as building harmony among the HIMA EP 2025 management through various series of activities.
The implementation of this upgrading also contributes to the achievement of the 4th SDGs: quality education, through training and development of organizational skills. This activity serves as a means to provide training that aims to improve other skills that are relevant to the world of work in the future. Thus, this can increase the opportunities of participants to get a decent job in the future and prepare them towards success.
This activity was addressed to all HIMA EP 2025 administrators. Upgrading will be held for two days, on March 15-16, 2025, at Villa Mediana, Mojokerto Regency. In a series of upgrading, there are several series of events such as the Character Building Camp and FGD, signing SOPs, BPI exposure, and sharing from the class of 2022, 2021, and 2020. The indicator of this upgrading success is the 85% participation of the HIMA EP management is able to participate in this activity smoothly.
